The Campaign Center Module allows you to structure your management and reporting into three tiers:
- Individual Campaign
- Promotion Level
- Division Level
Each individual campaign can be tracked and managed down to pricing and discounts to products offered. On a promotion level multiple campaigns for a specific product, as an example, can be grouped together for the same reporting and management as on the individual campaign level.
Further, the division level can be set up with all the same reporting and management with an added feature. The division level allows you to establish multiple identities. If you need to separate out numerous websites with different DBAs, now you can. Every communication regarding a specific order will be received by your customer with the company name that you design
Information required for Return on Investment (ROI) per origin calculations, such as costs, list quantities, catalog page coverage and forecasting curves, are maintained by the Campaign Center to ensure accurate data for the Cactus Complete Commerce Metrics Manager.
Mailing lists, e-mail lists, media and other marketing sources used to generate sales are also managed in this module to simplify campaign setup and to provide data needed for media ranking and performance evaluations.
