Biography
Winston's principal areas of practice are securities, corporate, and energy law. He has represented issuers and investors in private and public securities transactions, including public and private equity and debt offerings and venture capital transactions. He also represents publicly and privately held companies in connection with the issuance of public and private securities and asset sales, acquisitions, mergers, and other consolidations. Winston advises boards of directors, general partners, and executives in connection with sensitive corporate and partnership matters.
Winston has represented both private and publicly held energy companies in various financing and operational transactions pertaining to domestic and international oil and gas activities. He has also represented both buyers and debtors in connection with acquisitions conducted through use of a bankruptcy proceeding.
