Biography
David's principal area of practice is health care law. David represents hospitals, physicians, independent practice associations (IPAs), group purchasing organizations, hospices and other health care providers in transactional, regulatory, antitrust and other matters.
David also devotes significant time to the representation of corporate trustees and borrowers in connection with public debt offerings, including default administrations.
