Biography

Ding Xiaoning's principal areas of practice are corporate law, foreign investment, international business transactions, mergers and acquisitions.  She is a member of the firm's China Practice Group and Business and International Section. 

Prior to joining V&E;, she worked as an associate with another US law firm in Beijing.
