This was our second trip to Florida, 1st time round we stayed in a hotel. This villa in Emerald Island was pure luxury. We had a party of 6 adults & 6 children and there was ample room for everybody. After spending a day at the parks, the villa, the pool and games room was ideal to come back to. We would certainly recommend it to any large party and we would love to go back again. Watch this space...

We have been to Orlando Florida on 6 occassions now and I can honestly say that this villa and the Emerald Island Resort has proved by far the best.
If you want quality, luxuary and class in beautiful surroundings with superb on-site facilities then this villa and resort is for you.
I would recommend without any hesitation. Thanks for your part in providing a great holiday experience.

Thank you, the house was perfect. Clean, well stocked kitchen and linnen closet, great pool, patio and game room. Everything was enjoyed by the whole family.

We visited Emerald Island Resort in February 2006, we loved the community and the villa, we will never rent anything else apart from a villa again when visiting Disney. The kids loved the pool even though the weather was cold they still went in, the adults loved the convenience of having seperate rooms and laundry and activities for the kids, it was like a home away from home. Hotel life is not for us!!! This is definitely the way to go!!! A great experience had by all!!! Everything was clean, and well managed! thanks to John for his dedication and commitment when dealing with our reservation.

The stay at your villa was a great. The kids enjoyed having there own bed rooms and really enjoyed the pool. You may have rented this new villa out a little too soon. Cable was not hooked up yet, phones not hooked up yet and videos needed a code to watch.
Other than those few problems it was great. I would rent again. After comparing the price of a two bed hotel I'd spend the extra $30 any day for what we had.

This was the 3rd time renting a villa in Florida and this was by far the nicest. We all had a fantastic time and although 8 of us were staying there we never once felt as though we were under each others feet. The games room was well used as was the pool, the beds were more comfortable than our own and the villa was very well equipped. Thanks so much for a fab holiday, we will use your company again in the future.

We rented this villa from Feb 27th - March 6th 2006.
The home was open and very clean.
It was nice to have the additional space in comparison to a hotel room, having our own private pool, spa, game room, and kitchen was a welcome bonus.
This place is conveniently located near the theme parks, shopping and restaurants. We will definately come back!

We had the best vacation ever, the Villa was fantastic and so was your property management team. The only complaint my kids had was that we did not get to spend enough time at the vila.
