TELEPHONE SALES BEGIN MAY 10. PLEASE CALL THE TICKET OFFICE AT 858-792-4242.

Before requesting any tickets, you should know the following important information:

1. How to Request Tickets

Request tickets online beginning April 28 at 10:00 AM PDT. Due to the very high volume of orders you may experience delays. We apologize for any inconvenience. Once you enter the Online Ticket Office please read the instructions for each section. You can print out a step-by-step ordering guide here:  USING THE ONLINE FORM. Be sure to print a copy of your Online Ticket Order, which includes your Order Number.

2. Ticket Availability

Requests placed through the Online Ticket Office or by mail are not a guarantee of seating. The Ticket Office will do its best to provide you with the Reserved Seats or Trackside Tables that you requested as your first or second choice. However, on some days the areas may be filled to capacity. You will be notified as soon as possible if we are unable to fill your request. Credit cards will not be charged until tickets are issued. Typically, tickets are mailed within 3 weeks of the order.

3. Making Changes and Returning Tickets

Due to the high volume of preseason orders, we are unable to make ANY changes to an order once it has been placed. If a refund is desired, seat and table tickets must be returned to (and received by) the ticket office at least 24 hours prior to the event day. To return seat or table tickets left in Will Call, contact and receive confirmation from the ticket office at least 24 hours prior to the event day. Returned table tickets are subject to a 20% service charge. Admissions are non refundable and valid throughout the 2006 race meet.

Frequently Asked Questions
Insider’s Guide to Reserved Seats and Trackside Tables

Why are Admissions and Reserved Seats a separate charge?
Not everyone who comes to a racetrack wants a Reserved Seat. Some prefer to spend their time in the paddock, infield, or one of the many sports pubs.

When will I find out about the tickets I’ve requested?
You will find out the specific seats when you receive them in the mail. We anticipate mailing tickets from pre-season orders within 3 weeks of order receipt. If we are unable to fill your order we will inform you as soon as possible.

Can I order tickets by phone?
We will begin telephone sales after all pre-season orders have been filled and mailed out. Continue to check the website for more information.

What is the difference between the Clubhouse and Stretch Run Areas?
Our facility is divided into two areas. The Clubhouse is the area past (east of) the finish line and comprises approximately one third of the facility. The Stretch Run is the area prior to (west of) the finish line. The seats and amenities are the same in both areas.

I want to come to Opening Day, what do I need to order?
To enter the facility, all you need is an Admission. You may order these in advance or purchase Admission as you walk through the gate. We never "sell out" of Admissions. If you would like a Reserved Seat, you may place a request thru the Online Ticket Office beginning April 28th.

What happened to Opening Day And Pacific Classic Day Restaurant Tables?
Opening Day and Pacific Classic Day Restaurant Tables were sold through an online lottery in early April.

How do I request a specific seat or make a special request?
Both the mail-in request form and the website have a space to write us a brief note describing any special request you have.

I am in a wheelchair. Are there designated seating areas to meet my needs?
Yes, we have wheelchair reserved seating areas throughout the facility that may be requested using the mail or online order forms. If this is required by someone in your party, please indicate so by checking the "I need a wheelchair space" box on the order form. Also, be sure to include a daytime telephone number in case we have any questions regarding your request.

Why is it so difficult to get a Restaurant Table?
Compared to the number of Reserved Seats, the facility contains relatively few Trackside Tables. We recommend requesting tables on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to increase the likelihood of receiving a table.

Is there a waiting list for Reserved Seats or Trackside Tables?
No, we do not maintain a waiting list. When tickets are returned, they are made available for immediate re-sale.

Can I purchase admission to the Turf Club?
The Turf Club is a private club and is only available to members and their guests.

Admission Tickets

  • Admission Tickets grant entry to the facility only and are sold separately from Reserved Seats and Trackside Tables. This means that when filling out the form, for each adult being seated, you will need an equal quantity of Admission Tickets to the area you are choosing.
