How to Contact Us
Thank you for your interest in our dog boutique.  Contact us using the Contact Us page or email us at service@doggiesdepot.com. Customer service is our number one priority.  We will make every effort to reply to you within 24 hours.
 
How to Custom Order
Fill in your custom order instructions on the comments section provided on the product page for the particular product that you are interested in.  If you still have special instructions or want to get in touch for any reason contact us.
 
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an item within the first 24 hours contact us to cancel.  There will be a 25% restocking fee on all cancellations after 24 hours.
 
Sizing
Use the measurement instructions included in individual product listings, otherwise if not provided, use the instructions here.
 
How to Measure Your Pet for a Collar
Measure your animals neck and add 2 inches to the measurement.  For instance, if your pet has an 8 inch neck order a size 10 collar.
 
How to Measure Your Pet for a Harness
Measure your animals girth--approximately 1 inch behind the front legs--and that will give you the harness measurement.  A pet's collar and harness measurement generally do not coincide.

Shipping Policy
Continental USA
Our online order form calculates the shipping charges based on the retail dollar price of the sale.  All orders will be shipped using standard UPS ground, FedEx ground, Priority Mail or First Class Mail, whichever is the least expensive for you.  Orders will be shipped 3 to 7 days after receipt of the order.  Some items, such as custom and handmade beds, may take up to 3 weeks to ship.   Some items such as large, oversized items, or overweight items may be subject to additional shipping charges.  Should this occur, these costs will be due over the standard shipping charge, and we will contact you to authorize shipment prior to shipping the item.
 
Express shipping and next day air is available on some items for an additional charge.  Contact us to make arrangements for shipment of these items.
 
You may insure your purchase for an additional charge.  Contact us to let us know you would like your package(s) insured.
 
International Shipping, Alaska and Hawaii
International shipping is available for most countries.  Once you place your order, we will contact you with the shipping rates and ask your preference.  These rates will be charged in excess of the domestic shipping charges.  All customers are responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, taxes or other fees attributable to your country of receipt or residence.

Return Policy
If you must return an item contact us within 36 hours of receipt of the item to arrange a return.  Returned items must be unused with the original packaging, paperwork, and tags.  We reserve the right to determine if an item has been used.  Custom orders annot be returned unless defective.  Dog beds, and carriers cannot be returned due to health reasons.  Some dog apparel may not be returned unless defective, especially when personalized, so please be measure your pet carefully.  On some returned orders a restocking fee applies.  Shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise noted.
 
If you receive the wrong item, contact us.  In this case we will pay for both outbound and return shipping.
 
If your item(s) arrive damaged you MUST contact us within 36 hours.  Save all of the original packing materials for inspection from the shipping company.  Damage in shipping that is beyond our control cannot be refunded unless you requested insurance on the shipment.
 
Refused, unclaimed packages, or address misinformation on the part of the customer will be charged a 30% restock charge on the shipment.  Shipping is non-refundable.
 
For your protection, we suggest that you insure and return packages using a shipper who tracks in transit.  Doggies Depot cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.  We will not accept COD or postage due packages.
 
Tax Policy
We must collect 7.75% sales tax from all California residents.
