Non-Defective Product Returns
We will accept returns of non-defective Ceramic Tile Wall Murals & Mediterranean Ceramics under the following conditions:
- You must request the return by sending an email to , within 10 days of the receipt date. Please include the reason for your request to return.
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please bear in mind that individual hand painted ceramic tile wall murals will vary in appearance, from one mural to the next, and hand-crafted ceramics will always be unique. There may be slight variances between the image that we use to represent the product and the product that you will receive. However, the quality will always be of the very best standards.
- If we accept your request, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, shortly after we receive your request to return the merchandise, via email. We will send along instructions on how to proceed with the return. No returns will be accepted without our prior approval and an RMA Number.
- The product must be returned in the original box, in its original condition, and with ALL original packing materials.
- You must pay for the return shipping, plus a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds On Non-Defective Product Returns
Refunds on non-defective product returns will be either credited to your credit card account, or by electronic transfer from our business Paypal account to your Paypal account, or reimbursed by company check. We will refund the purchase price, but we do not refund shipping & handling charges. The amount of a 15% restocking fee will also be deducted.
All refunds will be issued following receipt of your returned product. The actual amount of time will depend on how soon we are notified of the return, and how quickly you package and ship the return merchandise. We will process all returns as quickly as possible.
Defective Product Returns
We will accept returns of defective Ceramic Tile Wall Murals & Mediterranean Ceramics, under the following conditions:

- You must pay for the return shipping. We will pay the shipping to send a product replacement.
- Not all defective product returns will receive a replacement product. At our discretion, some defective product returns may receive a refund of the purchase price, less shipping & handling, instead.
