This morning I got 4 phone calls from these jerks on a payday loan that was paid in full. They claim to be representing ZipCash. They have been paid and I told the woman that it was paid and to quit calling. Then she called back and told me I was going to be processed at noon today if I didn't pay them $845.00. I told her thank you for the threat that she just made me $1000.00 richer and she asked hows that? and I told her she just violated the FDCPA law and I would be filing a complaint against the company. She stated they are strict about staying within the law and I told her not too strict after stating I was going to be processed and I ended the call. Then 20 minutes later the same ole bitty called back and started her speel about the processing and did I think it was a joke? I told her that I can't be put in jail and that the loan was paid in full and give me a fax number to provide the proof and she stated that they don't give out their fax numbers and hung up. I blocked their number and I am not dealing with these crooks. I have filed complaints against them with the BBB and the FTC, AG in my state and in Texas. We'll see how they like that. I also send them copies of the paid in full account along with a cease communications letter. I have been thru hell and back this month and it is only the 9th. What more can go wrong?

What the heck is going on? These companies that have either gotten their money or marked accounts paid in fill are now turning the accounts over for collection. I don't understand. Is that one you paid in full or they wrote off?

This is one that was actually paid in full. The amount borrowed was $300.00 and I have the bank staetments to prove it was paid in full. Ricuity tried the same trick a few months back.

Well if they can't give you a fax number to prove it and won't validate then it's their problem. I'm sorry to hear this happened to you, I know you are not having good things happen lately and you deserve to have good things happen. Smile

Have you informed Zipcash about this incidence of the CA? They should be aware of these happenings. I guess Zipcash sent the account to Certified before you paid them directly. The collection agency may not be aware about your payments done because Zipcash did not inform them. If the CA has your file, it needs to be pulled back and stop further collections,

Zipcash has been paid in full since last year, and Zipcash claims they have the account marked paid in full and they haven't sent it to collections. Just another junk debt buyer trying to steal hard earned money.

Tammy so sorry to hear about the latest problems. I know exactly how you feel,sometimes it seem like it will never end. I have 3 junk debt buyers making my life hell. Hang in there,you have the proof,so let them do what they are going to do,it will only make them look super stupid,plus I'd try to sue their butts off for breaking the FDCPA reg. You know, I was thinking after I pay all these shmucks off I'm just gonna change my phone number! If those idiots try to report me to the credit bureau's, I will have my paid in full letter to show the legitimate creditors if I ever need a home or auto loan...that's all they really want to see!
No reason to continue the harrassment from these indigenous worms!!!!
