 The
Holiday Inn Hotel Rooty Hill made two new
appointments last month.
Danny Kwon has been appointed to the position
of Front Office Manager, Holiday Inn Rooty
Hill replacing Sam Muthurajah.
Danny joins the hotel staff from his former
role as Senior Assistant Manager at Crowne
Plaza Darling Harbour, a position he held
for 18 months. Before the Crowne Plaza Danny
worked in a number of middle management
positions within the hospitality industry
with organizations such as Grand Stamford,
Park Hyatt, Parkroyal Sydney Airport (now
Holiday Inn Sydney Airport) and Landmark
Parkroyal.
Danny has a Diploma In Hospitality from
Ryde Catering College and a Bachelor of
Arts in Computing & Information Systems
from Macquarie University. He is also fluent
in Korean and Japanese, a major asset that
will be used effectively with inbound tourists
Jenny Gardner has joined the Conference
& Banquets Team at Holiday Inn Rooty
Hill. She is in the role of Conference &
Banquets Coordinator and will be responsible
for all bookings in the Banquets Department
for the hotel’s six function rooms.
The role of Rhonda Lannoy has changed.
She has been promoted to Catering Services
Manager and will oversee all food and beverage
operations within the hotel including conferences
and banquets, room service and the 200 seat
a la carte Minchins Restaurant. |
