Homestay EarningsVHA charges the student or visitor
homestay rates directly and pay host families weekly or monthly rates less 10% commission by check. This commission also applies to
any additional services required. The agency commission assist us and our representatives cover our costs and continuously maintain and grow our relationships with homestay providers and organizations oversees. Families are only paid for the actual homestay occupancy based on the agency
rate schedules. Rates are subject to change without notice and will always be announced on our website according to homestay market conditions. Regarding level of accommodation will be decided by VHA representative upon inspection of your home. Once accommodation level is determined, the agency will promote it accordingly.
If you have deluxe accommodation, but you requested to accept all levels of
requests to increase your occupancy, you will be compensated according to
the student accommodation request.
