The application process includes W-4 and I-9 forms, and all wages are subject to federal and state payroll tax withholdings. Starting wages are $7 per hour. Groups are hired and paid on a per man hour basis. After the group provides a detailed report after the event along with a Federal Tax ID, one check is mailed to the group. If the group supplies a Federal Tax ID, this check is not subject to Federal and State payroll tax withholdings. The starting per man hour wage is $7. Qualifications for all positions in LMS Customer Services & Logistics include: Excellent customer service skills required 18 years or older Friendly and outgoing Willingness to work in any area needed and handle special assignments Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Flexibility to work at all hours on weekdays and weekends Team player attitude.
