Shuttles/Trams
Bus Shuttles
The Speedway operates 3 types of bus shuttle service on LMS
property:
1. Morehead Farms, Peninsula, and Rock City Campgrounds to and from the shower houses, ticket office, and souvenir row area from 7 am - Noon starting on the Monday of each race week.
2. Morehead Farms, Peninsula, and Rock City Campgrounds to and from the track from Noon - Midnight on race and pole days.
3. Morehead Farms, Peninsula, and Rock City Campgrounds to and from The Dirt Track during race weeks two hours before the event until two hours after the event.
Trams:
Tram service is provided by Nationwide Insurance at a number of tram stops
throughout the facility including Gates 2, 3, 4, 7/8, 12, 18, 26, and 30 and run in a clockwise direction. These trams operate on race and qualifying days from
Noon - until. These trams will operate after an event.
