I received a letter from this company in regards to a bill that I know nothing about holiday spa of california. I havent lived in california since I was 17 years old. om not saying this is mine but what is the statue of limitations on this and can they report this to the credit bureaus? _________________ Register today to encash debtcc points.

Yes, the company can report the item in your credit file. You will have to dispute with the CRA for removal of the item from that point. SOL in California is 2 years for written contracts. The timeframe begins from the date of last payment in the account.
