Born 1953 in Hue, central Vietnam. Received a master's degree in Eastern Philosophy from the University of Saigon. A poet and celebrated classical concert guitarist for many years, but has chosen painting as means of expression. A self- taught artist who has concentrated in the past five years on "inner, psychological landscape." Has held a dozen exhibitions in Danang, Hanoi, Hoi An, and Saigon since the mid-1980's. Lives and works in Danang.
