COMMERCIAL : We have a two ways search.
1. Call us to see our current non-listed inventory from private sellers or buyers. Often, owners of great commercial deals such as: MALLS, WAREHOUSE do not want to have their property listed for personal reasons, so this often leads to a better opportunity for you!
2. Search and see what realtors see in the MLX which is the realtors database. Go to our home page and click on the MLX logo on your top left, and search the entire MLX comfortably on your computer.
1031 EXCHANGE : 1031 exchange enables you to sell a property, earn the appreciation and bi-passing taxes by buying another property of greater value within a certain period of time. Thus, you do not pay your taxes, and you increase your assets portfolio.
LAND : We have them from Miami all the way up north. Often, owner of land deal sell to a selected few. They do not want to be bothered by any one and want to deal with only serious buyers.

WHY INVEST IN FLORIDA
Hurricanes aside, the demand in south Florida continues unabated. Our housing market is no longer driven by tourists looking to secure a vacation spot in the sun. Today's Florida buyers are our present baby boomers arriving in groups trying to re-locate. They are arriving from North America, South America, and Europe in order to re-locate. This increase in population means more buyers, thus more new investments.
Florida is the door for South America, and much of Europe. People from all over Europe are buying 2nd homes, or investing here. Speculation aside, prices are still increasing.
