Breezaire WK Series Wine Room Cooler
This is the basic wine cellar cooler for routine applications ranging from under 100 to 2000 cubic feet. It is the simplest, user-friendly and most economical of the BREEZAIRE series. WK Series systems are compact and self-contained wine coolers. Others have tried to reproduce this series with nominal success. Breezaire performance speaks for itself.
 The WK series uses a mechanical thermostat. Its adjustment necessitates a 1/4" straight type screwdriver. Adjusting is very easy: simply screw clockwise to lower and counter-clockwise to raise the set point.
Units are fully charged and all set for use when mounted in a wall and connected to 115 AC volt source. All units are 115 Volt, 60 Hz

Breezaire WKL Series Wine Storage Cooler
 This is our more advanced system for standard wine cellar applications ranging from under 100 to 2000 cubic feet. The WKL wine cellar cooling system is compact and self-contained. Again, the performance speaks for itself. WKL is equipped with breezaire’s cost-effective Sentry III control system. This wine bottle cooler system offers more features than competitor’s higher-grade models.
Breezaire’s Sentry III Controls offer the following features:
- Large LED display
- Easy to adjust temperature set points with constant display of cabinet temperature.
- Power outage safeguards.
- Blocked airflow shield, which turns the unit off and protects your wine collection in the event of high temperatures from condenser blockage or fan malfunction.
- Sentry III controls temperature by inside air sensors or an optional bottle probe.

Breezaire WKE Series Wine Cellar Cooling Unit
The WKE features Breezaire’s exclusive Sentinel II Microprocessor Control System. WKE Series wine cellar cooling systems with the Sentinel II are the most advanced wine cellar cooler systems on the market. Sentinel II performance is not equalled by any competitor models at any price.
Breezaire’s Sentinel II has the following features:
- The control panel with LCD is separate and can be placed at a remote location.
- Temperature readout is constant and includes a separate alarm indicator light, which gives you the flexibility to change your operating parameters at any time.

Breezaire WKC Series
Custom Built Wine Cellar Cooling Unit
The Breezaire WKC/WKCE Series wine cellar cooling units are compact with cold air release on the bottom, making them perfect for custom built wine storage cabinets. These units are intended for custom wine cabinets and other constricted enclosures. Because of this, they are not rated for specific cubic feet.
 This unit comes with two thermostat systems for you to choose from: Mechanical (like in the WKC Model) or Digital Electronic (like the Sentry III in the WKCE Model).
The WKC wine cooler for cabinets uses a mechanical thermostat. Its adjustment necessitates a 1/4" straight type screwdriver. Adjusting is very easy: simply screw clockwise to lower and counter-clockwise to raise the set point.
The WKCE wine cabinet cooler has a digital electronic thermostat named Sentry III that adds additional security and ease in its features:
- Large LED display.
- Precise, easy to adjust and read set points with nonstop reading of wine cellar temperature.
- Power outage guard, which postpones unit start up after power outages.
- Blocked airflow shield, which turns the unit off and protects your wine collection in the event of high temperatures from condenser blockage or fan malfunction.
- Controls temperature by inside air sensors or an optional bottle probe.

Breezaire WKS Series
Split System Wine Cooler Appliance
Perfect when venting to an adjacent space is not an option! When self-contained wine cellar coolers do not meet your needs, the WKS split system will offer the flexibility required to produce an ideal installation or deal with difficult site problems. Breezaire’s WKS Series wine cellar cooling systems are special split systems that allow the cooling (evaporator) module to be installed in the enclosure to be cooled. The exhaust (condenser) module can be located as far as 100 feet away. When installed in a properly constructed enclosure, these split systems provide a constant chosen temperature between 48 and 63F/ 8.88 and 17C while maintaining the desired 50 to 75 percent relative humidity. 
WKS Series systems are easily installed by any properly equipped, skilled refrigeration service technician. Two copper tubes connect the evaporator to the condenser and power is hard wired using a 110 AC volt electrical source. Refrigerant must be charged to these systems during installation. The WKS custom wine cellar system uses Breezaire's rugged, variable mechanical thermostat.

Wine collectors have very special requirements that cannot be met by standard refrigeration equipment. Breezaire units gently cool without stripping moisture so essential for both corks and the wine itself. Only the surplus moisture is removed to maintain the coveted 50% to 75% relative humidity. Breezaire units do not chill wines to serving temperature or cool "commercial service cabinets" which are opened or entered frequently.
Breezaire continuously improves and updates their products while sustaining the ability to repair any production unit ever made! This is a claim not many companies are able to make.
- Adjustable Temperature
- Ideally, you would like to store and age your wines between 50 and 60 Fahrenheit or 10 and 15.5 Celcius. Every BREEZAIRE system contains an adjustable thermostat to precisely control the conditions in your wine cellar. When initially lowering the temperature to your ideal level (and in sustaining your target temperature), these wine cellar cooling units produce a gentle stream of cool air. Breezaire never blasts cold air that could potentially subject your wine to sudden, damaging temperature changes.
- Routine Humidity Control
- Humidity is a must in any wine cellar to prevent the deterioration of corks and labels. The gentle cooling of BREEZAIRE systems maintains this optimal relative humidity in the 50 to 75 percent range, removing surplus moisture yet never allowing the air to become dry. Additional moisture may be needed in climates with very low humidity.
