About the Yahoo! HotJobs Customer Advisory Council

Yahoo! HotJobs launched its Customer Advisory Council (CAC) initiative in 2005 as a means to better understand customer needs. By leveraging the unique experience of the CAC members, Yahoo! HotJobs can enhance its ability to integrate customer feedback into its development process, in an effort to continually align future products and solutions with customer needs.
At the first convening of the CAC in May 2005, 22 Customer Advisors met with Yahoo! and Yahoo! HotJobs senior executives at the Yahoo! corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA. Through a series of guided discussions and information sessions, Customer Advisors shared their real-world challenges, best practices, and perspectives on current and future Yahoo! HotJobs products and solutions.
Representing a wide spectrum of industries and business needs, CAC members are selected based on their breadth of experience and their willingness to engage in a strategic, advisory relationship. Customers participating in the 2005 CAC include: ACS, Allegis Group, AMA, Boeing, CyberCoders, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Home Depot, IAC, Kaiser Permanente, Kelly Services, Kforce, Logitec, McGraw-Hill, Raytheon, Siebel, Talent Tree, UBS, Volt, and Yoh.
