What happens if I get a kayak shipped to me and it’s damaged when I receive it? |

This is a very rare occurrence, we package the kayak is a
such a way that it very protected, but accidents do happen
and we will gladly do whatever it takes to make the customer
happy. We feel that if its just a cosmetic scrap that the
does not warrant a return of the kayak-kayaks are very tough
and you will have many scratches and scraps even after your
first day using it and in no way effects the integrity of
the craft. We recommend that you inspect your kayak at time
of pick up or delivery and if there is a problem it can be
recorded by the delivery company.

We sell Barrecrafter rack systems but some people already have factory or other after- market racks and just need accessories like cradles or pads to carry their kayak-We Strongly recommend calling us to discuss the best way to transport a kayak or multiple kayaks on your vehicle. Very often people buy expensive rack systems only to find out that they only needed a very simple set-up or even worse-they didn’t need a rack system at all. |

No, those are the kayaks we feel fish the best, but we can order in any models from Ocean Kayak, Emotion, Malibu, Wilderness Systems or Cobra. All special orders will have to be paid in full before we can order it in. |

We do take trade-in’s but you’ll have understand that most times you will lose some money off the original value of the kayak because we are now getting a used kayak back and will have to resell it at a reduced price. |
