The Timbers has on site lodging for up to a maximum of 26 people and arrangements can be made for the accommodation of additional wedding guests elsewhere on the island. Pender Island has many excellent cottages, bed and breakfasts, and inns with a variety of price ranges and services available. (But book these well in advance; Pender Island, as are all the Gulf Islands, is a popular vacation destination.) |
| For the reception, the Drying Shed can comfortably hold 100 guests. There is a fully equipped commercial kitchen with commercial range, large refrigerator, and freezer, a fully stocked bar adjoining the kitchen, and two washrooms. Arrangements can also be made for a marriage commissioner to perform the ceremony. |
