Rhodium has an extraordinary resistance to most acids and corrosive substances and it has great Hardness and high reflectivity. It is one of the few white metals that will remain bright and reflective under most conditions. One of the minor trade offs for plating with rhodium instead of silver is that the rhodium finish will not be as bright or reflective as a silver finish. Rhodium reflects about 71%-80% of the light rays that strike it. Silver reflects up to 94% of all incidental light that strikes it. However, over the long term rhodium will stay brighter than silver because of its great resistance to tarnishing. Rhodium has an almost identical look as Silver. 24 kt Gold-Plated. Gold Plating has a bright gold finish. Copper is reddish in color and made from solid copper. Nickel Silver is a great choice for bright silver finish. Satin finish gives a soft-brushed look to the finish. Authentic Pewter: The classic look of Pewter allows for a high degree of detail in complex designs and has a dark silver appearance. The surface is slightly pitted. A choice of metals are also available when a budget is a consideration. Coins are regarded as a lasting and valued tribute to an individual. Alternatively they may celebrate a specific event or moment in time. COLOR:We can add as many colors as you wish and all colors can be custom colored matched. HARD ENAMELVery similar production to traditional cloisonn¨¦ except that a special resin is utilized to provide colors. This allows the ability to match all colors. This process also does not require an epoxy dome for protection as the surface is hand polished to the same level as the raised metal. Recommended for best quality for small details. Metal borders trap each color. SOFT ENAMELThis process uses a die-struck metal the same thickness as used for hard enamel. The same recessed areas with metal borders are hand color filled with soft enamel resin then baked to harden. The surface has recessed areas and epoxy domes can be added to protect and finish the surface color. Color matching is available.
