Mounds Pet Food Warehouse helps the Humane Society in numerous ways. They donate all our dog food, sponsor numerous Humane Society events, and feature adoptable animals in the Sattelite Adoption Centers. Every February, a percentage of all pet food sales is donated to the Humane Society.

When using customer loyalty card, 1% of your purchases go to DCHS. Over the last two years, nearly $9,000 have been donated to the Dane County Humane Society. DVM Pharmaceuticals generously funds the Dermatophyte Monitoring and Treatment Program, a partnership between the Dane County Humane Society and the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine Shelter Medicine Dermatology Project. Their generous donation has allowed us to screen all cats at admission for ringworm thus protecting the staff, animals, and public who come to the shelter. The Emergency Clinic for Animals, (ECA) partners with the Dane County Humane Society (DCHS) with Surgery and Critical Care for companion animals, returning them to good health and preparing the animal for adoption. The ECA also works side-by-side with DCHS in restoring good health to wildlife when the sick or injured are brought to us. Good-Doggie

U Dirty Dog
Every animal that is adopted from DCHS is entitled to a lifetime discount of 10% for U Dirty Dog's grooming services. Employees also volunteer at DCHS once a week, grooming shelter animals. WISC TV3
