To purchase a "Share the Road" license plate

  1. Download and complete a Special License Plate Application [PDF].
  2. Contact your local vehicle licensing office to determine the exact cost of your Share the Road license plate, including all licensing fees.
  3. MAIL or TAKE the completed application plus all appropriate fees to a vehicle licensing office.
  4. After you purchase your plate, send us the pertinent information and we'll send you a receipt for your tax-deductible donation. See Share the Road Plate Tax Deduction Info page for details.
