where you live, you can now pursue a university education from a
recognized Canadian institution without leaving home.
Athabasca University
Athabasca University is Canada's leading distance-education university
which serves more than 23,000 Canadian and International students per year.
Athabasca University currently offers over 500 courses and 60 programs at
the masters, degree, certificate, and diploma levels.
Canadian Virtual
University
The Canadian Virtual University (CVU) is a partnership of
universities across Canada, committed to delivering university-level
programs that can be completed from anywhere in the country or beyond.
Current partners include Athabasca University, Brandon University, Royal
Roads University, Laurentian University, the University of Manitoba and the
Open Learning Agency. In total, over 1,500 accredited
distance-education courses are offered.

Guelph
The University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada offers distance
education that allows you to study at home or in your office, according to
your own schedule. There are no classes to attend. Many courses incorporate
computer conferencing, e-mail, listservs, computer-based quizzes, and the
Internet.

University of Waterloo
Distance Education, a convenient alternative to attending

undergraduate courses are available.
