Welcome to the 2006 Appalachian Student Research Forum!

The Forum is an annual event in which undergraduate, graduate and medical students as well as post-doctoral fellows and medical residents present their research in a formal setting. The Forum is open to all regional colleges and universities within the Appalachian region.

The Forum hosts both poster and oral presentations. The poster presentation session is open to all participants (undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, medical residents and post-doctoral fellows). Only post-baccalaureate students, medical residents and post-doctoral fellows are eligible to participate in the oral sessions. For those undergraduate students wishing to present their research orally, check out the Undergraduate Research Symposium (see box on right).

The Forum is now accepting abstracts. Please take a moment to browse the pages in this site to learn more about submission guidelines and deadlines. All abstracts must be submitted electronically using our online Registration and Submission Form.
