Please review these frequently asked questions before contacting customer
service.
Q: How does your program send visitors to my website?
A: We use the most successful form of Internet Advertising -
PopUp/PopUnder/PopIn advertising. Every time a visitor exits from one of the
thousands of sites in our network of high volume websites, your web page will
pop up/under and will immediately grab the visitor's attention! This is the
basis for all such website visitor traffic using this highly successful
technology.
Q: How
much profit can I make?
A: That all depends on your product/service and how well you convert
visitors to buyers...but let's imagine that your product costs $50 and only 1
out of 1,000 visitors buys: with 10,000 visitors, that would be $500 gross
profit and with 100,000 visitors you would have $5,000! Imagine what would
happen if you received 10 buyers for every 1,000.
Q: Where
do all the visitors come from?
A: We have established a huge network of web sites that will display the
pop ads that you purchase from us. When these websites get traffic, your
website will also open up as another webpage.
Q: Are these visitors really targeted?
A: Yes. Visitors are targeted by selecting the categories of
websites in our networks with the closest matching interests to your target
demand (this is referred to as "category targeting").
Please note that this is not like search engine traffic, where visitors actually choose to go to your particular
website, and are looking specifically for what you provide. However, we have over 15 distinct categories from which to choose, so you can run your campaign on the types of sites more likely to have visitors who may be interested in your offer.
Q: Is
there a danger of getting accused of Spamming?
A: Absolutely not. When you sign up for our service there is absolutely
no way of getting accused of SPAM. SPAM involves advertising directly through
e-mail, we advertise on web sites who have agreed in advance to receive our
advertising.
Q: Do
you have any restrictions on the content of my site?
A: We can only send traffic to websites with content that is appropriate
for a general audience. Please, no sites with illegal content, hate text or
sites that promote illegal activities. Adult content websites are only allowed
on the adult plans.
Q: What categories are available for targeting visitors?
A: Our targeted visitor categories are listed on our What we offer page, along with targeted countries and targeted languages supported.
Q: Do
you guarantee that I will make more sales?
A: No, we cannot guarantee that you will make any sales whatsoever from
our guaranteed hits service. Any sales will depend on the layout, content, and
quality of your website, its presentation, and the service, and product that
you offer. We can, however, promise to deliver the number of visitors to your
site that you ordered. We'll get the visitors to your site, all you have to do
is tell them about your product and make the sale.
Our Hint: Realize that you are advertising!
It is surprising that most clients simply request that traffic be
delivered to their main page! This is like advertising on television using a picture of a store. You will
achieve your best results if you think of a traffic program like a television commercial. Television commercials are short, quickly grab the
watcher’s attention and make a clear point. The page you send traffic to should also have these features. Usually, the main page of a website is simply too cluttered to impressively use a traffic program and a special “campaign page” should be created.
Q: What
will help make my page more effective?
A: Making your page ready for your pop ad campaign is as easy as you
want it to be. We would suggest designing a whole new page just for the pop ad.
You should use the same techniques that you use in other forms of advertising
to get people interested in your product. Use large lettering,
catchy headlines, attractive images, catch phrases,
and most of all you need a product that everyone wants!
Q: What is a CPM?
A: CPM simply means Cost Per Thousand, meaning the cost of producing one
thousand impressions--or site visitors. As an advertiser, it's what you pay to
receive 1,000 visitors to your site.
Q: What
is a CPC?
A: CPC simply means Cost Per Click, meaning the cost of producing one
click impressions--or site visitors. As an advertiser, it's what you pay to
receive 1 targeted visitor to your site. Please visit our Web Traffic Glossary page for more details
Q: How
do I know the traffic I paid for has been delivered?
A: We will start your campaign as soon as possible, usually within a few
hours of receiving your order. We also email you a link so you can check the
stats of your campaign while it is in progress. We usually send an order
confirmation within 4-6 hours of it being placed, so if you do not receive
confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us to verify that your order has
been received.
Q: Why
does my third party stats system (URCHIN, WEBALYZER, etc) show a different
amount of visitors than your stats?
A: Simple - Third party stats are commonly inaccurate, especially in
times of high traffic. Our stats will register one visitor each time your site
is produced to a visitor by our servers. If that visitor closes the site before
it loads, it will not register in your stats, but it will register in ours.
Because our stats have shown your ad, we have fulfilled our obligation.
Q: What
are your payment options and conditions?
A: We accept instant payment through Paypal which can be in the form of
Visa, Mastercard, 'Discover, American Express, checking account, or your
current Paypal balance. If you are not a Paypal member, signup is automatic
when making your credit card payment to us. We also accept more traditional
forms of payment such as money orders, wire transfer, bank drafts, etc. Orders
are processed as they are received, and enter the queue once such payment has
been completed. Due to the recent increase in credit card fraud, we are
manually screening every order placed, and therefore must be allowed extra time
to process your order.
Q: What
is your guarantee?
A: Our guarantee is simple and straightforward. If we fail to deliver
the traffic we promise, and in the amounts you specified with your order, or in
the time we say that it will be delivered, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Because we have to pay webmasters for traffic that has been delivered, we can only give refunds on traffic that has not been delivered. Please
see our TOS for
more details.
Q: Do
you count Blocked Pop-unders?
A: NO, our stats system counts only displayed ads.
Q: I'm
ready to order!
A: That's easy! Just head over to our order
form!
