The Chamisal Vineyard has demonstrated over its lifetime the capability of producing world-class grapes. Tolosa WinerySan Luis ObispoTolosa Winery is steeped in California and local history and honors its role by creating quality wines that distinctively showcase the natural terroir flavors of the Central Coast’s Edna Valley. By careful block selection and using the finest 10% of Estate Edna Ranch grapes, Tolosa does not need to manipulate the wine in process. Talley VineyardsArroyo GrandeA small family owned and operated winery located in the Arroyo Grande Valley, just 5 miles east of Arroyo Grande and 10 miles south of San Luis Obispo. Talley Vineyards was founded in 1986 and is dedicated to the production of estate-bottled wines that best express the unique attributes of each of their three vineyards in the Edna and Arroyo Grande Valleys.
