John Rucker
Vice President of Business Operations

As Vice President of Business Operations, John oversees the day to day operations for Yahoo! HotJobs. His responsibilities include developing the strategic plan, identifying and implementing cost saving programs, evaluating investment opportunities and executing against the business priorities. He leads the Business Operations and Business Development functions and provides oversight for Yahoo! HotJobs of Yahoo! shared services organizations, including Finance, HR, G&A;, and MIS.

John joined HotJobs in August 2000 from the accounting firm of KPMG, LLP. Prior to joining KPMG, he served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for ContiFinancial Corporation, a provider of consumer and commercial financial services. He began his career with BANC ONE CORPORATION where he served in various accounting and finance functions.

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
