VANCOUVER – The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) will close the I-205 southbound Mill Plain off ramp, at 10 p.m. tonight for construction work. The ramp will reopen Friday morning, June 16, at 6 a.m.

WSDOT Notifies Drivers of Tougher Work Zone Speeding Enforcements along I-5 in Clark County, Lowered Speed Limit
VANCOUVER – Motorists driving on I-5 in Clark County should heed warning that Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and Washington State Patrol (WSP) will be diligently enforcing all applicable driving laws within construction zones, in order to maximize safety to both motorists and construction crews. Additionally, WSDOT is lowering the speed limit from 70 miles per hour (MPH) to 55 MPH.

VANCOUVER – The contract for a paving project along portions of State Route 501 and State Route 503 in the Ridgefield and Battle Ground vicinity was awarded May 15, announced the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). WSDOT awarded the construction contract for this project to Morse Brothers, Inc. of Tangent, Ore. who submitted the winning bid of $1,378,239.

WSDOT Plans Traffic Control During the Trojan Tower Implosion, May 21
LONGVIEW – In an effort to keep the public safe on I-5 during the impending implosion of PGE’s Trojan Cooling Tower, the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and the Washington State Patrol (WSP) have planned to stop traffic from milepost 28 to milepost 34 in both directions during the implosion event.
