Back in 1998:

	The ringing in Ellen's ears was so bad that her health was suffering (she suffered very badly with sinus attacks, colds and flu)
	She was often tired and irritable (so much so that even her beloved children became wary of her)
	Her immune system was nonexistent (every little germ that was going around knocked her flat on her back)
	She was always stressed out (everything always seems worse when you are tired and stressed and Ellen was always tired and stressed)

One day she took our son to a doctor who had been recommended to her by his soccer coach. My son had a chest infection that just would not clear up and as this doctor came highly recommended, Ellen had made an appointment to see him.

While the doctor when was busy with the examination of our son, Ellen mentioned the problem she was having with tinnitus. She was actually considering asking him for some sort of treatment to boost her immune system.
