Reporting bugs

If you find a bug in Plone itself (as opposed to an add-on product you downloaded), please file Plone bug reports here. Bug reports for individual add-on products should be filed with the authors of that product — contact details and/or bug trackers are usually provided on the product download page.

Live Chat

Online chat rooms are a big part of Plone Culture, and it is a good option if you have questions that need a bit of back-and-forth discussion to be resolved. You can find more information about the online chat rooms here.

Mailing lists

All postings to and from the lists are protected against spam, so you will not risk any junk mail by posting to the Plone mailing lists or newsgroups. If you post via news, you will have to authenticate yourself once per newsgroup you post to - after that, it works transparently.
