Credit Line: There is no predetermined credit limit for your Account. Individual transactions are authorized, at our sole discretion, based on factors such as Account history, credit record, and ability to make your payment.

Earn one additional mile per dollar spent when you use your WorldPerks Visa Signature Card for purchases of Northwest Airlines tickets, Northwest gift certificates, WorldClubs® memberships and NWA WorldVacations® packages made direct from Northwest Airlines (Northwest Reservations, Airport Ticket Offices, nwa.com®, NWA WorldVacations Reservations and nwaworldvacations.com). Not applicable for purchases from travel agencies, other online travel sites or partners, or for any form of WorldPerks mileage purchases.

The 7,500-mile discount per person, annual WorldPerks award travel discount is valid for up to two PerkSaverSM, roundtrip, Coach Class or First Class award tickets within the contiguous 48 United States and Alaska or between the contiguous 48 United States or Alaska and Canada, booked in the same itinerary. Discount not valid on PerkPassSM awards or travel to or from Hawaii. Valid time period and other conditions will be determined by Northwest Airlines and communicated in your November WorldPerks Visa statement.

To redeem, the member’s account must have at least 10,000 miles available, and the member must be an active WorldPerks Visa Signature Cardmember.

This offer is available from June 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006.

Members can redeem a maximum of 60,000 miles for 6 E-Certs between June 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006.

Once the transaction has been completed, the miles will be deducted from the appropriate account and no redeposits will be allowed.

Travel Period: Tickets using the $100 discount must be issued by January 31, 2007 for travel completed by February 28, 2007.

Reservations/Ticketing: Reservations must be made and tickets issued per the rules and limitations of the fare purchased.

Itinerary: Travel must be roundtrip. Stopovers / circle trips / open segments / waitlisting / same day standby are permitted per the rules of the fare purchased. Single open jaws are permitted for U.S. / Canada travel only. Upgrades are permitted per the rules of the upgrade program or the upgrade certificate.

Routing: The $100 discount is valid for travel systemwide on Northwest. All travel must be via the routes of Northwest Airlines in which Northwest publishes Coach Class fares.

Transferability: This E-Cert offer is transferable but not for cash or any other consideration. Purchased/auctioned E-Certs are subject to confiscation and travel will not be permitted.

Taxes: Qualifying minimum roundtrip fare of $200USD is before discount and does not include any government imposed taxes or fees. Any tax liability is the responsibility of the user. Discount is calculated off each fare component. A fare component is defined as the portion of an itinerary between the origin and destination of a through fare. All charges will be included in the fare quoted to you and, until ticketed, are subject to change.

Refund/Changes: Per the rules of the fare purchased.
Note: Value of unused non-refundable tickets must be applied toward the purchase of a new published ticket within 90 days after the date of the first unused flight segment. Original ticket will have no value on the 91st day. E-Cert has zero cash value and will be deemed fully used upon redemption and will not be honored retroactively or in connection with the exchange of any wholly or partially unused ticket.

Combinability: Per the rule of the fare purchased. This E-Cert may not be combined with any other discount, promo fare also known as a web fare, infant/child fare, senior fare, certificate, E-Cert, ticket designator/reference code, bonus, upgrade (except WorldPerks® Elite card and Elite companion upgrades), WorldPerks Air Travel Award, or group fares.

E-mail Offer: Limit of one discounted ticket per E-Cert. Only original E-Cert will be accepted. E-Cert will not be replaced and can not be requested. The use of the E-Cert offer embodied herein by anyone other than Northwest in any advertisement for any purpose, or the purchase or other acquisition of E-Certs by persons or entities in the travel service business is strictly prohibited and will render the E-Cert offer VOID.
