Media Netrix Limited, based in the United Kingdom, is a highly experienced and professional company specialising in the development of fast loading, search engine friendly, web sites that bring power and flexibility to your ideas.
Case Study 1: Achieving number 1 in Google in only three days!
Media Netrix was recently commissioned to develop a web site for Specialist Feeds, a UK startup business selling feeds for collectable birds. As a new company they needed to rapidly establish a web presence so emphasis was placed on a web site that is easy to navigate and achieves high rankings in search engine results.
Using our expertise in designing web pages that are both highly user and search engine friendly, we implemented the site within time and budget timescales and the web site was rapidly indexed by the leading search engines, achieving number one rankings for all their products only three days after launch.

Case Study 2: LocalTownUSA, our largest directory project
We have just completed out largest and most complex directory project so far. LocalTownUSA.com contains over 450,000 links categorised by local town and neighborhood, yet covering most of the United States. Not just a directory, LocalTownUSA delivers a huge variety of resources into the local community as users can create their own profiles, post classifieds and publish special events.
Case Study 3: Forms And Dynamic Data Collection
We have developed a number of forms which respond to user inputted data in a dynamic way. Used mainly within the financial sector, these forms are designed to maximise user response rates by presenting the minimum number of fields to the user according to their circumstances. You can see one of these forms in action here: Locate Finance and at Money High Street, which is currently under development. A similar site is also deployed for bad credit remortgages at Thames Loans.
Case Study 4: News gathering and publishing
For our own interest, we have developed RoboticsDaily which uses PHP and MySQL to power a sophisticated news gathering and publishing site providing daily robotics news from around the world.
With its highly search engine friendly page design, standards compliant HTML and rapidly changing content, RoboticsDaily attracts more readers each week, mostly from search engine referals and a high percentage of users bookmarking the site.
Taking this technology on stage further, we have recently developed a similar news gathering and publishing site to inform readers about bird flu and the risks of a pandemic: SurvivingFlu.com which is increasing its readership daily. You can also read a related bird flu blog.
News sites like this provide an excellent platform for developing a loyal user base that increases over time. We can use our technology and skills to develop a similar solution for you.
Case Study 5: Using Mod_Rewrite for search engine optimisation
We were asked to develop a large, search engine friendly directory listing up to 100,000 UK busineses and service providers. SuppliersNearby uses mod_rewrite techniques to create static looking URL's from dynamically generated data, without any parameters in the query string. This allows search engines to index the whole site and therefore provides significant SEO benefits.
Case Study 6: A Search Engine Friendly Catalogue
A customer requested the development of a highly search engine friendly catalogue dynamically created from a data feed.C P Jewellery uses similar mod_rewrite techniques to create static looking URL's from dynamically generated data, and has an intuitive administrative interface for ease of updating. We also recently developed a similar site for a customer: Your Insurance Cover.
