What are the shipping costs?
AllEarplugs.com offers shipping to anywhere in the U.K for FREE on all products. Customers ordering outside the U.K are at present charged a standard £1.99 with every order.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
UK Orders
Delivery times vary slightly, but we aim to ensure all orders are delivered within 7 working days although most orders arrive within 1 wokring day of the purchase date.
Overseas Orders
Orders outside of the UK are sent via International Airmail which can take up to 1-3 weeks to arrive dependant on your location and local postal service.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been processed by our payment gateway it will appear in the "Past Orders" section of your "Account". Orders that have just been received will be set to a status of entering until a member of dispatch processes it.
How do I return an item?
If you have received a faulty product they should be return within 7 days of delivery to the following address:

I no longer need my purchase, can I return it?
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day 'cooling-off' period where you may return an item in its original condition if you no longer require it. It is however, your responsibility to return the item in perfect, resaleable condition and at your own cost. We will then refund your card for the purchase amount minus £1.95 which covers our original postage costs to you.

Returns after 7 days
Generally speaking, returns received after 7 days will not be accepted. If we receive your returned items in perfect condition a day or two late we will most likely still accept them, however if we receive a return more than 2 weeks after it was originally sent we will only refund if previously agreed. DO NOT just send back your order several weeks after receipt without contact as we will not refund it and you will need to collect it from our offices or pay a £2.95 surcharge for re-delivery.
I live outside the U.K. What are the prices in my currency?
At present AllEarplugs.com prices are displayed in £'s Sterling & are estimated in US Dollars and Euros. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you can choose to pay in either British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) when reaching the checkout stage. We can accept orders from almost all countries.
