NetRegistry breaches Registrar Agreement

auDA has found that NetRegistry Pty Ltd, an accredited registrar, has breached the Registrar Agreement.

The breaches are detailed in the notice of breach sent to NetRegistry on 6 June 2005.

NetRegistry agreed to take the required corrective action in an email from director Giles Donovan on 6 June 2006.

Legal Action: Domain Names Australia

auDA has won its TPA action against Domain Names Australia Pty Ltd, over mass mail outs during 2003.

Domain Registrations Warning

auDA cautions that registering multiple domain names for the primary purpose of capturing web traffic and/or selling click-through advertising may result in cancellation of the domain names for breach of policy.
