UKFast, the UK's Best Hosting Provider 2005

It’s an area of the business where we really get to interact with our customers and this award adds strength to the belief that our team is the best in the country at delivering performance, reliability and care.” The accolade comes after UKFast’s systems were extensively monitored by Purple Sun and placed on a shortlist of five. Industry judges then scrutinised the top players and deemed UKFast to provide the most complete package. An ISPA spokesperson said, “The judges were impressed with UKFast 's commitment to deliver value, performance and quality support for its customers. UKFast 's impressive submission was confirmed by its performance in the three months of independent monitoring and testing. It is a well secured hosting service with a 99.99% service level guarantee.”
UKFast are amongst a handful of Northern companies who walked away with trophies. Lawrence Jones is enthused by this, “The award provides further evidence that companies in the North can compete successfully on a national scale. We are playing a major part in setting standards for the industry.” UKFast are still celebrating their victory at the 2004 Future UK Publishing Awards. But Jones remains level headed. “In November it was the customers who led us to victory as the UK’s Best Business ISP. And now this award shows recognition from our industry. We intend to continue building as a company whilst maintaining our dedication to customer care.” |
