I keep getting this email from Express Cash/PD6 Ventures:

The difficulties experienced by the collection department at PD6 Ventures/Express Cash when attempting to obtain the slightest amount of cooperation from you have led to your account status being changed to "Refusal to Pay/Intentional Neglect".

This is a serious matter and all appropriate actions will be taken to collect this balance. Through your actions and lack of cooperation, it is evident that you have no intention of paying this account willingly and further actions must be taken.

Whether or not you considered it or not, borrowing money and intentionally neglecting to repay what was loaned to you is stealing. The consequences for the actions that you have taken were clearly explained in your signed loan contract. To avoid these consequences, return one of the attached authorization forms before 4:00pm CST today, April 10, 2006, so that this balance can be cleared without further incident. Fees will be added to your balance after 4:00pm CST.

I did take out a loan with them, but I believe I paid some of it back. I want to contact these people to see what my balance is, but I'm afraid they are going to give me some kind of astronomical figure. I have been out of work for a while and am now working a long-term temp assignment.

How do I handle these people. They seem to be threating and implying criminal activity on my part, which is not the case at all. Just a case of unfortunate circumstances. I am willing to pay off my debt, I just am apprehensive about calling because of the type of emails that they send.

I will not be surprised, if I see Sabbylove has edited the post above some day.

Members of this forum posted their feedback on Xpresscash and Geneva Roth and they received calls from those companies within few hours. The rep from the company threatened members to edit the post and perhaps that was the reason they edited it.

However, some guest revealed the fact that Geneva Roth has no connection with Xpresscash, but the same thing seems to happen with the debtors of both Geneva Roth and Xpresscash.

So Sabbylove, don’t be shocked if you receive a call from them very soon. JMO.

I think it is humorous that they have "people" that monitor these forums. Are they scairt? LOL

Block their email address. That is what I have done with all of my payday loan people. Hey, I lost my job, got sick, now unemployed and trying to make ends meet. I will pay them thru T&C when I get the funds together. Poop happens.

Nobody deserves to be harrassed. It is not OK to not pay money that you owe, but you are not doing anything maliciously. It's not like you took out the loan and said, "HAHHAHAHA! I am never paying this back!" That's how they want to treat us. I won't tolerate it.

I probably will not have to pay mypaydayloan.com because I complained to every governmental agency that I could find. =)

That signifies to me that these emails are repetitive. I view repetitive emails with questionable information as harrassment.

First of all, I honestly don't believe this company has a legit "legal" dept. Just trying put a scare into you, don't sweat it for a second.

Can't get it off you mind, just avoid them all together. Don't talk to them period. Thats all you have to do..
