blumone
blumone* started as a solo project by laptopist/vocalist OB in 2003. After producing the EPs: "Introducing....Blumone" and "We are....Blumone", asked to perform live for the "weareyou..." nights organized by Boot Music, he joined forces with Jonny Wilkinsons on the drums (Spring) and Mark Hubbard on the bass (Red Lorry, Yellow Lorry) (position now vacant...) to debut on the 9th of December 2004 at the Carpe Diem in Leeds. After that enriched by the warm sound of the tenor sax of Leon Thomas Johnson, they follow up with another couple of gigs in February and April and at the end of the month they recorded a new version of "Supafank (Take me to the Fabric!)" produced by Carl Rosamond (Billiard Room). With more gigs on store (watch this space!), a set of brand new songs and few remixes on the way, blumone* are just looking for the right exposure...
Superb electropunk, funkpunk ep which crosses the genres effortlessly and comes out on top... forward thinking with a nod to the past...

Brittlewomb
A solo project started in 2005 to explore pure creativity without restrictions. Like many solo artists Brittlewomb mainly uses computer sequencing to record and create tracks. Tracks are made up of layoured loops and beats created by the artist. Songs vary from film sound tracks, dirty electronic and noisy guitars fusing together with spoken samples from various sources.

Current Condition of Self (CCS)
I my name is Ian. When im bored i record stuff off my computer mic which sucks. Ive only been playing guitar for 3 years and barely play bass at all, so forgive me if my stuff doesnt level up. But in my opinion it has some potential. I also work along with my friend Nic Poague where we do raps and other musical projects. The quality of my songs is horrid, so if you can, listen to it on head phones, it sounds alot better.

Pellethead
4 fools with an overwhelming desire to play music got together. They wanted to do something unhinged but beautiful, they wanted to be able to put on a show, and they wanted to retain a sense of humour. They taught themselves to play their instruments and so developed music that was mad but exquisite. Blessed with tremendous good looks and an urge to show off they quickly developed into extraordinary showmen. And the band’s foundation was based on biting sarcasm. Job done. Pellethead were born.

Tag 28
The Ian Brady Bunch has been around since 2001 as a hardcore band before dropping all but one of it's members and taking a new direction. A few name changes and general tweaks later and The Ian Brady Bunch was assembled in December 2002. The brains behind the beast, Abra Kadaver and Kitten Mittens, changed the name to Tag 28 in the late part of 2004 with a new sound and new setup with which they hope to realise their dreams.
So far it's not working.
Love, Tag 2

The Baghdaddies
Each member of the quintet is absurdly accomplished - and they all sing too, sometimes all at once. A Baghdaddies gig promotes a healthy increase in heart rate, inducing an irresistible urge to dance uncontrollably and smile benignly on your fellow man (and woman). Fusion of rhythms and melodies plucked from around the world are guaranteed to raise your spirits! Festival favourites, The Baghdaddies play Balkan gypsy with Middle Eastern flavours, shades of klezmer and tango, jazz and reggae plus a touch of ska - all laced with funky dance grooves and blistering eastern brass harmonies.

THE HENRY ROAD
ROLLING STONE USA Review
"For those who prefer more of a deranged psychotropical trip, the Loggy Log EP from Nottingham nuts the Henry Road is an irresistibly unhinged Wagonpop operetta that will fire up the synapses of anyone who found Side Two of Ogden's Nut Gone Flake to be a mite too lucid. Mad, original and really rather brilliant. "
Jason Cohen & Michael Krugman May 2004

The Loved Ones
Here’s a ragged group of musicians with an eccentric, mismatched background that shouldn’t come together so well. The music, just like their disparate credentials covers a range of styles whilst maintaining a unique identity and they will take you on a journey as seen from their own peculiar view. They’ve peopled a universe with paranoiacs, fallen missionaries and Stepford victims to name but a few: Forget the conventional terms of engagement: You’re about to enter the world of The Loved Ones
