New Year's Day Run/Walk:
NEW YEAR'S DAY Annual LINKVILLE LOPERS HANGOVER HANDICAP is set for 9:00am at Veterans Park. NO ENTRY FEE. Course runs down Klamath Avenue, around the Klamath County Museum, down Main St. and returns to Veterans Park for a 2.35 mile run, walk, or jog.

CHARIOT RACES at "Macdoel Downs." The 29th season of Sunday races will be offered at 1:00pm. through February 19th at the quarter-mile long track near Macdoel off Hwy 97. Drive south of Dorris on Hwy 97 to Sheep Mountain Road, turn left and follow the signs. A concession booth will be operated.
