Points North Apartments

Introduction

Points North Apartments are beachside apartments located in Coolangatta on Queensland’s Gold Coast. The website generated a number of their bookings and their property management company wanted to increase these online enquiries.

Process

A pay per click campaign was established with Google AdWords to gauge the effectiveness of advertising with search engines.

Ad copy, keywords and bid prices were monitored and optimised on a regular basis to determine the best performing keywords.

Outcome

The first month of the PPC campaign saw around 400 new guests visit the website with 4.4% of these visits generating leads.

After three months campaign optimisation, site visits resulting from the PPC advertisments were over 1,000 and lead generations had increased to 6.8%.
