General Licensing Policy

Each license entitles the user to email support, free updates and upgrades for one year from the date of the purchase. The license expires at the end of this one year period. Even after the expiration, the user retains the right to continue using the product as long as desired. However, the user is required to purchase a renewal license to continue receiving the same level of benefits including future releases.

A single license entitles the registered user to the usage of the product at one Web site. Usage on additional sites requires additional licenses. We request that developers and webhosts refrain from distributing our software to their clients under a single registered license. A license holder who may be switching domain names or servers is free to transfer the forum to the new site. To update the user registration information to reflect the change in email address, please contact dcscripts support.

• Personal/non-profit license (site URL required) - $69
• Additional language license (usage limited to the same url as the original license) - $49 for each language

License Renewal

The license renewal allows the user to continue receiving the same level of benefits for another year. In order to qualify for this offer, we must be able to verify your original registration information. Please note that the one year renewal period is retroactive from the date of expiration on the original license.

• Upgrade installation from DCF97/DCF98 - $85/hour (4-5 hours)
• Moving existing forum to another server - $85/hour (4-5 hours)

* New installation includes only the basic one-time installation service. Customization of features and layouts are excluded from the service. If you require a re-installation due to change of servers or server-related crashes, additional installation fee will apply.

Other services

• Consulting service - $85/hour
  This rate covers all services to address problems related to the server, user error, or customization.

Refund Policy
