Texas Parks & Wildlife Artist:
Clemente Guzman

Texas is a state of rich history and diverse landscapes, the perfect environment for an artist. Clemente Guzman’s passion for detail and the outdoors shows in his paintings. His versatile use of the mediums and styles appeals to all ages. Born into a family of migrant workers, Clemente spent his early years in San Antonio, Texas and Minnesota. He holds an Associate’s degree in Commercial Art from the Mankato Institute. Since 1988, Clemente has been producing art for 16 State Hunting Stamps. His paintings have earned many honors, including the Izaak Walton League of America Award, ADDY Award and ACI Award.
