Calling Plans

There are three master calling plans included in SunRocket’s overall service portfolio. Each plan is available with a 31 day money-back guarantee, and can be cancelled at any time with a refund for months unused.

All-Inclusive Annual Edition
This is SunRocket’s most cost-effective and comprehensive plan. It features unlimited calling within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, a monthly credit of $3.00 towards international minutes, a free extra phone number and two free directory assistance calls per month. The plan also offers complimentary access to an enhanced Emergency 911 service, and an extensive range of free extra services including caller ID, 3-Way calling and speed dial. There is no connection charge and no cancellation fee.

All-Inclusive Monthly Edition
This plan includes all the features and benefits of the All-Inclusive Annual Edition as above, but is payable monthly.

Limited Edition Monthly
The Limited Edition plan is a reduced version of the All-Inclusive options. It features 200 minutes for calls within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, $0.3 per additional minute for calls to SunSpot destinations (a group of 30 select countries plus an additional 11 cities), unlimited inbound calls and free calls to other SunRocket subscribers. Like the All-Inclusive plans, the Limited Edition plan offers complimentary access to an enhanced Emergency 911 Service, and an extensive range of free extra service features.
An equipment fee of $39.95 does apply on the Limited Edition plan, unless the equipment is purchased through an independent retailer.

Extra Features

In addition to the core services included within the selected calling plan, SunRocket offer a wide rage of extra features to enhance the call experience and general convenience. These extra features are offered free of charge. They include 3-Way Calling, 7 Digit Dialling, Call Forwarding, Named Caller ID, Call Logs, Call Return, Call Waiting, Cal Waiting ID, Click to Call, Contacts, Distinctive Rings, Do Not Disturb, Find Me and Speed Dial.
