Gold JumpStart

Bronze JumpStart - $800

The JumpStart program is a very efficient way to begin using ClickTracks. In the JumpStart program, we make sure that your ClickTracks is not only set up correctly, but completely configured so that you can jump right in and use it. Other analytic packages require a lot of maintenence to keep the reports current. We've found that with the proper forethought and correct configuration from the start, ClickTracks requires very little maintenence.

Gold JumpStart

Silver JumpStart - $1,500

The Silver JumpStart ensures that the installation is done to suit your needs in terms of making sure that ClickTracks is optimized to run most efficiently (done by masking the appropriate parameters) and configured to track the data that is important to you (done by understanding the concept of labeling and setting up labels for visitor groups that you want to differentiate). We review the reports with you and validate that the numbers are accurate. We configure two datasets so you have a basis of understanding for setting up any additional datasets.

Gold JumpStart

Gold JumpStart - $2,400

The Gold JumpStart includes all the features described for the Silver JumpStart, but it takes ClickTracks to the next level. We work with you to understand the business goals of your web site. With that understanding, specific detail to configuration can be enhanced (done by using the Advanced Labeling Feature, as well as some of the more advanced features of Pro, such as the Funnel Report, Time Splits, and A/B Splits). Once the business goals are understood and the ClickTracks configuration is in place, we review the reports to get a benchmark for the data. We then schedule follow-up meetings for one month and three months from the installation to review the reports, interpret the data, and make recommendations for improving conversion rates.
