Cavavin's mini wine cellars will store up to 32 wine bottles in a consistent, cool environment. The digital controller is adjustable and maintains optimum wine cellar temperature and humidity. It can be built-in or free-standing.

Wine Keepers
This product is designed specially for the hospitality industry. This wine keeper can hold four 20-litres of wine and sustain them at their perfect serving temperature. It features a built-in divider that creates two different temperature zones. It comes equipped with two separate dispensers for the service of red and white wines. The following two models are available: a pump-system model which can be installed anywhere and the gravity-system model which must be installed in a raised position. These keepers are all stainless steel construction. Counter control and locking faucets to prevent robbery, wheels and handle for pump type model also available, ideal for caterers.

Wine Rooms
These outstanding units are designed for both the home or restaurant. They boast wine storage from 440 to 1920 wine bottles in your choice of one or two bottle depths. This wine room kit includes ready-to-assemble, burgundy steel walls with urethane insulation, floor, ceiling, moldings, racking, adjustable legs and cooling unit. Best of all, you can store your walk in wine cellar anywhere you like. It simply vents to its surrounding interior space. In addition, it can easily be taken apart and reassembled. If you move, your wine cellar moves with you!

One or Two Thermopane Smoked Glass Doors Display your wine labels with pride. This option is well liked by restaurant operators for whom the wine cellar can serve as a very effective and attractive promotional tool for their wine list. The thermo glass doors are insulated in Argon gas which is non-toxic, odourless, protects against U.V. rays and reduces condensation. Price depends on model ) Interior Light Interior lights come in both single and double sets (available in the deluxe models for 190 and 240 wine bottles). Classic Cavavin Cellars
Classics perform the same as the Deluxe Series (they use the same cooling system) with different exterior features and racking. Their exterior is a quality wine cabinet in metal wood grain pattern and coated with black or burgundy mahogany laminated metal wood design. The interior is in painted black, textured steel. Bottles are stored in fixed black metal shelves which are designed to accommodate any shape of wine bottle. They also offer a shelf specifically for bigger sized wine bottles (magnums or Champagne). Storage capacity runs from 55 to 210 bottles, depending on the model.
