There are many websites allowing you to make online reservations.
However, we provide you an easy- to-use with high standard secure
reservation system. You can make your reservation by following the
instructions below:
Making
a Reservation |
1. On your selected hotel's page, click the 'Click Here To Continue'
button.
2. Select your check-in date, check-out date, room type(s), number
of room(s) and click 'Check Availability' button in order
to check room availability and rate(s) for your stay.
NOTE: It may take up to 2 minutes to get the result which
will be shown 'AVAILABLE' or 'ON REQUEST' status.
3. To make a reservation, click 'Book Now' button.
4. Fill out your personal details on the secure reservation form
and click 'Continue' button.
5. Review your reservation details and fill out your credit card
details. Then, click 'Submit (Click once then wait)' button.

6. For AVAILABLE hotel request, you will get a room
confirmation immediately after submitting your request.
In case of ON REQUEST, you will receive the auto acknowledgement
e-mail confirming that your reservation request has been received
and is now handled by our customer care. To get the confirmation,
it might take 1-2 working days depending on the hotel's
reservation clearing process. You will be notified via e-mail
as soon as we receive any progress concerning your reservation.
However, if your requested hotel is not available, our travel
experts will try to find alternative hotels of comparable standards
and prices in the same area (if available), then provide you
this information for your consideration.
TIP: Please fill in two alternative hotels on the reservation
form when making reservation to let us know your preferences
in case of your requested hotel is not available.
NOTE: If you do not receive our auto response e-mail
within an hour after you submitted, it means that your e-mail
address might be not correct (please recheck), or we might not
receive your reservation request. (Please contact
us and we will check for any system error.)

7. Once your reservation is confirmed, your credit card
will be debited of full amount prepayment (10 days
prior to your check-in date or cancellation deadline).
For booking made within 10 days of your arrival date, your
credit card will be debited automatically for full amount
at the time of confirmed booking.
In case that your reservation is confirmed at our
alternative hotel, you will be charged ONLY
after we receive your acceptance.

Getting
a voucher |
8. The hotel check-in voucher will be issued and sent
to you by attached e-mail, after your credit card is
approved. You have to print out and present the
voucher upon your arrival at the hotel.
If you urgently need the voucher, kindly advise us and your
credit card should be charged 10 days earlier.
To avoid disappointment, especially over high season periods,
very early booking is strongly advised.
