Sales Tax is not charged and Free Shipping
is included on all orders across the continental United States.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders will be shipped via standard "ground" service. Free shipping is limited to the continental 48 states. Please note, there is no "ground" service to Alaska or Hawaii, so there is an additional shipping and handling charge to these states. Most products are shipped via UPS / FedEx, however, orders of large quantity and some of our heavier products must be shipped via motor freight.

UPS / FedEx Deliveries

When possible, your order will ship via UPS / FedEx; doorstep service is usually available. UPS / FedEx will not notify you prior to delivery.

Motor Freight Deliveries

Motor freight deliveries are to the ground floor only. A signature may be required at the time of delivery. Motor freight deliveries are normally performed Monday through Friday. An appointment by telephone is usually scheduled by the freight company, however it is not guaranteed.

Shipment must be to a qualified receiving location. Receiving personnel must be available during regular business hours. The customer is solely responsible for further handling of the order, such as in-home delivery and set up.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all merchandise ordered from Sitting Pretty 'N More can fit into the home or business, including but not limited to: doorways, steps or bends that may apply. Merchandise that was not measured appropriately cannot be accepted for return.

Very Important: Note any damage on the Shipping Receipt / Bill of Lading document when receiving the order. Any item received in damaged condition must be identified and documented by you and the carrier agent at the time of delivery. All Claims for damage are required to be supported by pictures (digital are preferred). Claims for any damage that are not witnessed and noted at time of delivery cannot be honored.

If an item is damaged / missing any parts, you have three (3) business days to report this via email or telephone to Sitting Pretty 'N More.



RETURN POLICY

You may return item(s) within three (3) business days of receiving the order for a refund of the merchandise cost less 20% restocking fee. Shipping returns are at the customers expense. Items must be in new unused condition and returned back to Sitting Pretty 'N More in the same shipping material used for delivery. Refunds will be given when Sitting Pretty 'N More is contacted by customer, prior to shipping returned merchandise. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code will be given at that initial return inquiry. Only then will the return be accepted by Sitting Pretty 'N More.



PACKAGE REFUSAL

Important: Without prior written authorization, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (round trip) on all refused packages.

If you find it necessary to refuse a shipped package for any reason, please contact us immediately at service@sittingprettynmore.com or 406-543-8963.



CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received within three (3) business days of receiving the order. If we are able to cancel your order with the manufacturer before it is produced and / or shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be added to the restocking fee of 20%.

PAYMENT METHODS

Sitting Pretty 'N More accepts: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. International credit cards from banks outside of the United States will not be accepted.

We do not accept checks, cash, credit vouchers, or gift certificates.

Credit card approval must be received prior to the order being processed. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after you place your order. We have a "Pre-Pay" policy as a protection from fraudulent orders.

All orders will be followed with an e-mail confirmation. If an item is in a back-order situation, we will contact you directly. Availability of items is not guaranteed.
