quality puppets, while trying to keep within our budget, (which can be tricky
as a non profit agency!). These puppets are going to reach thousands of
children, and have already been quite the item around the office!

I've been looking forever for little dog puppets, but just couldn't find
the right expression or quality. Your little guys fit the bill perfectly.
They have such expression and are so well made. They nearly fooled my real
dog, Cricket. Almost had her going there - "A new puppy! But my toys,
my food!!..."

| My letter
to you is so long overdue, I am embarrassed. I can't believe I haven't written
back to you and I actually think I thought that I did. Does that make sense?
Anyway, I wanted to thank you so much for sending us the
new parts for our puppet theatre. Your company and you customer service
is excellent and it is so nice to still have those things happen and with
ease every now and then.
Please know that it is appreciated so much and I am so sincerely sorry
you haven't received word from me so much sooner. I was so pleased and
excited when the parts arrived and everyday I said to myself - write them
right now
and let them know, and I can't believe so much time has passed.
This theatre is awesome and my husband, myself, our 12,
10, 3 and even 9 month old love it and we are always so excited to show
people who come over. You will only get the best of recommendations from
us!!!!!!!!!
