As you might expect, the quality of the Running Y^™ golf course is as spectacular as the surrounding environment. Playing through rolling terrain with mature pine forests and scenic wetlands, Oregon’s only Arnold Palmer-designed course was named the nation’s “Best new affordable public golf course” in 1998 by Golf Digest. Ambling along meadows and through restored wetlands on the front nine, you’ll play besides lakes, woodlands and into Payne Canyon on the back. With five tee boxes at each hole, our championship-caliber course welcomes varied skill levels and showcases the natural landscape on the edge of Oregon’s beautiful unspoiled outback.  As a member of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System, this spectacular course also helps preserve and enhance the beauty that sets the Running Y Ranch apart. The Running Y Golf Course will once again have 18 playable holes beginning at 7 am, Thursday, July 6! Holes 3 and 5 will be open for play as usual, and the alternate fairway on hole 17 will be used as a temporary par 3 hole.
