ClickTracks Partner Program Overview
The ClickTracks Partner Program provides a framework to support US and International Partners who want to become part of the ClickTracks team. The program is designed for those who would like to sell ClickTracks to their clients, often as part of a larger project. ClickTracks offers several different partnerships, with competitive discounts on products and services:

Agencies: The ClickTracks Agency Program (CAP) was developed solely for Agencies and includes a specially discounted ClickTracks Agency license. With this license, you can analyze and run reports on up to 20 web sites—your clients' sites, or your own. Learn more...

Resellers: As Reseller, you can buy ClickTracks products for resale at a 30% discount on both licenses and support contracts. As a Reseller, you must actively promote ClickTracks on your web site. We provide you with promotional materials for client pitches, images, slides and buttons to place on your web site. In addition, we'll make our content library available to you: the same animated demos and multimedia tutorials we have on our own site. You'll be able to use them to demonstrate the product to your clients, eliminating the need to send your clients to the ClickTracks web site. As a Reseller, you must provide pre- and post-sales technical support to your customers. ClickTracks will provide second-tier technical support. We will list your company name on our site and will refer leads to you. If you're interested in becoming a ClickTracks Reseller, go ahead and fill out the Reseller Application Form. Internet Service Providers: As a ClickTracks Internet Service Provider partner you'll team your hosting infrastructure with our technology to offer value-added services at a premium to your existing and new customers. You'll resell ClickTracks ISP Edition to your customers.

A: First, fill out and submit the application. Then add one of our logos to your site and build a link. Voila!

A: When a visitor enters through the specific URL we've provided you, they'll have a persistent cookie set--lasting approximately 2 years. If/when this visitor purchases, your account will be credited 5% of the purchase amount.

A: We use PayPal and will pay your commissions quarterly.

A: You're expected to support your customers (that's why we offer 30% discount on services) and ClickTracks will provide backup support.

Q : Who provides support?
A: ClickTracks will provide you with technical support. As an ISP partner, you're expected to handle your customers' service requests.
